2011 Earth Day Lansing is hosting 2 days of service projects in historic Old Town Lansing. A true gem in our community, Old Town Lansing is home to a wealth of galleries, shops, cafes, and boutiques.
Every year the Old Town Community Association recruits volunteers to assist with Spring cleanup.
This year, Earth Day Lansing is partnering with the OTCA to cleanup the neighborhood, river banks, shopping district, and parks. Volunteers are needed April 22 and April 23 to participate in a variety of projects including waste pickup, recycling, painting, and planting.
Please go to our volunteer page and sign-up for a shift – volunteers giving 4 or more hours of service will be given 1/2-off tickets to Friday night’s comedy event at the Temple building.
