Old Town Spring Scrub - Volunteers are needed to work on a variety of projects in and around Old Town including: waste cleanup and recycling, prepping and planting flowerbeds and gardens, painting Earth Day inspired panels, riverbank cleanup, and more. We’ll also be hosting electronics and battery recycling, distributing 500 Michigan White Pine seedlings, and most importantly – HAVING FUN!
Laugh with a Purpose – Friday April 22 – 7pm – Midnight (Must be 21+) An evening of comedy featuring some of Lansing’s well-known jokesters with music by John Beltran, this event will benefit the Old Town Commercial Association and local nonprofit Lunch with a Purpose. Volunteers are needed for a variety of positions at the show including beverage ticket sales, t-shirt sales, ID checkers, bartenders, and green team.
